so Sanders and Witten and now:
Saleh would want someone from the Shanahan tree which would be fantastic to meI guess Jerry leans a defensive head man. I feel great knowing jerry wants to package the OC play caller with a defensive head coach...just wish McClay was making this hire. I heard Matt Lafleur's brother is coaching with the Rams and ready to be an OC. That coaching tree with a guy like Saleh would excite me for 2025.
Jerry now can't interview any coach still playing in the playoffs. I ass u me Jerry makes this a 3 to 4 week process and we're either the last or second to the last team to sign their coach.
They also could be thinking about adding him as a DC assistant head coach. Zimmer is thinking about retiring. This FO always seems to have a coordinator always in place before the HC is hired.Of all the names that worry me that we may hire, Saleh is by far at the top of the list and Deion is #2
I'm all for him as a DC if Zimmer is leaving, but that's a very different job than HC. I suspect he won't come here to be a DC, but I'd have no issue with itThey also could be thinking about adding him as a DC assistant head coach. Zimmer is thinking about retiring. I knew that bullcrap was comingNot a surprise
Cowboys coaching search: Dallas requests interview with Eagles OC Kellen Moore, per report
Moore spent eight seasons in Dallas as a QB, QB coach and offensive coordinatorwww.cbssports.com
I think you are correct. Call me crazy, but I am warming up to the idea.I get the feeling McCarthy didn't want Moore around and Jerry did. So now Jerry's going to show Mike who the boss is by hiring Moore to replace him. Public perception and appearances still more important than football in Dallas
It makes sense. I am also warming up to the idea of Deion being the HC. Zimmer not being talked about, but he could also be a candidate. I would like to see them interview the Lions coordinators .Aaron Glenn has been very impressive as their DC. I think he is going to end up being a good HC.I think you are correct. I hate the idea of Kellen Moore. If we are playing and Dak audible into 3 straight passes when we are winning a ballgame, I guarantee you Aaron Glenn or Robert Saleh would get with Dak and say run the damn football. Kellen carried Dak's bags while he was here. How's that gonna work? "Um, Dak buddy, if its alright with you, let's burn some clock next series. Or not"It makes sense. I agree. I am hoping they consider Glenn. I think Glenn is a winner.I hate the idea of Kellen Moore. Those are the two worst candidates IMO. Of course, that could certainly change. Jerry could roll our Ron Rivera or Rex Ryan and who would be surprised?I'm not thrilled about Kellen Moore.
What has he done for Hurts this season. What did he do with Herbert and the Chargers.
If it comes down to Moore or Prime. Give me Sanders for the entertainment value if nothing else. lol
We may all regret losing Mac if Moore or Prime is chosen. Those are the two worst candidates IMO. Of course, that could certainly change. Jerry could roll our Ron Rivera or Rex Ryan and who would be surprised?
I wish McCarthy the best but I will not regret losing him. I only regret it took this long to part waysWe may all regret losing Mac if Moore or Prime is chosen.
