Seattle fans talk like their team been so dominant. Outside of SF, all of their games against actual NFL teams were close games.

I think the X factor in deciding this match up would probably be Sean Payton. I think you can debate why either team should be #1 in the NFC. I am still undecided but lean toward Seattle because of the ability to rush the passer and run the ball. Miami got good pressure on Brees and Miller could of had is best game if they would of stuck with the run. I could only imagine what lynch would do against their run defense. Then on the other hand Brees/Payton knows how to make adjustments very well and like it was mentioned, sproles is just a nightmare for any defense... I cant wait to see this match up

I am not sure Saints fans should talk about close games, when they barely snuck by the "mighty" Bucs who are a total dumpster fire so far this year.

I'm not saying there's anything wrong with close games. I just think it is comical that Seattle fans (some) doesn't think the Saints should be mentioned with them. You guys act like you're so much better than the Saints even though you're not.

From the way you guys are talking I would think Seattle has won every game by 30-40 points

i think its to early in the season to decide who is better right now, but i would put the Seahawks ahead by like maybe an inch, and of course that could easily change in a week.

Not very likely the hawks will see Denver this year, so I doubt we will know the reality of what you're talking about.

True, Manning will inevitably choke in the playoffs.

yep, they are playing great on offense and the defense is stepping up. They have their coach back and a new defensive coordinator. NO and SEA are the two best teams in the NCF right now.

But Seattle won't choke in the playoffs, just look at THEIR history..... SOLID! lol

(although admitting at home their playoff record is stellar)

Isn't it impossible to "choke" if you are the road team in the playoff?

If the playoffs go through NO, then yes they are the favorites. The same could be said for Seattle and SF.

I guess it is no longer a lock that we will see a Seattle/San Fran NFC title game?

When was the last time two wild card teams got out of the wild card round the same year in the NFC? If SF and Seattle play each other, it will be in the divisional round unless Sea ends up being the 2 seed. The saints though in the sd is tough to beat in the playoffs.

If it hasnt happened since 2005 I don't think it starts happening now
3.Detroit or Chicago
4.Dallas
Wild cards
5.San Francisco or Atlanta

I think if Atl were to make playoffs they would have to beat SF. I have SF at 10-6 and 1-3 against the AFC South(already lost to colts and think texans win this week, as does Tennessee). If they lose to Atl they're not getting in. So under that scenario its SF first wild card and Carolina or Arizona second wild card(yes I think both can get 10 wins, Carolina could get 11 if they win this week). So either way neither panthers or cards will win in Detroit or Chicago. SF in that situation may win in Dallas, but don't believe they will beat back to back dome teams on the road to get to Seattle if Seattle was the 2 seed. But its not going to be NFCCG is Seattle is a 1.

Sproles would be the one I would think the Seahawks would have trouble with. The Seahawks can put Chancellor or Browner on Graham and Sherman on Colston.

And then there is Moore or Meachem. Ntm Watson.

NO has a very difficult schedule and the head to head game on Dec 2nd heavily favors Seattle. Not only is it in the CLink, it is the Monday night game, which has been shown to benefit the West Coast team over an East Coast team.

Lets keep doubting the saints against tough teams because they haven't beat them before. Get over last year, last year was a off year. the saints are back to 2009/2011 form. Saints can win one of the next two because they have more heart than those two teams. The pats have lost some important games(and no, thats not Atlanta) in recent memory. And the saints are one of the teams who don't go down without a fight, and Talib isnt gonna be able to deflect off of Colston in the wanning seconds because Brees won't throw his way.

@Browns
Bengals and cowboys b2b at home
Bucs
Packers
Ravens
Giants
@Vikings

I think they can win all of those except one of the bengals or cowboys games. Thats 10 wins.

I think stills is more of a factor than moore and meachem. hes starting to build a rapport with Brees and could be an X factor
