They are already questioning the decision to get rid of Smith on the 49er board, but that decision was made financially, they couldn't afford to keep Smith if he wasn't the starter.



Luck has carried his team, but has made lots of mistakes along the way too (19 INTs last year), which is why he isn't a media darling...yet. His day will come.

The Seahawks also showed how to beat the 49ers and the Colts were smart enough to take notes. We'll see if the Rams and the rest of the league took notice as well.

The addition of Trent Richardson should help Lucks numbers, especially get those INTs down. He might of put some serious numbers last year, but part of that was because the lack of running game by the Colts. All the teams they played against knew this and concentrated on pass protection and rush.
Indy made out like fucking bandits on that deal. The way the Seahawks did with Marshawn Lynch. While no guarantees Richardson will become a stud #1 workhorse RB that could put up beastmode numbers, the potential is there. Workhorse RBs are rarer in the pass happy NFL. But if you can find one, put that workhorse to work and run it down their throats. What a move by Indy if that works out. Luck and him could do serious damage in the years to come.
