How the heck does a guy get First team All American honors from the AP, finalist for Buck Buchanon Award, be 11th in the nation in tackling per game and not get invited to the combine?

If it were me? Easily 4th rounder. I am not a good judge though as after you found this guy, my mind has been blown.

I like this guy. Never heard of him, until the article. However, I like his measurables and I especially like what I have seen on film via YouTube. He has everything you'd want in a safety. Some of the balls, where he leaped to pick a couple of balls of in the air made me gasp. This is one of those sleepers, who no one talks about, but if given the chance, he might be something special.

He's an athletic freak. I wouldn't be upset if we took him in the 4th or even 3rd if his game tape is anything.

I'd like to see his tape, W&M had a cornerback that had impressive combine stats last year. He could be worth it but I'm almost sure I've heard bad things about his character.

Division 1-AA is how. They find guys from there. I believe Gary Clark went to JMU. These are kids that lacked size or speed most often and didn't get an offer to a D1 school. Every year a few of them make it in the pros but they don't get as long a look as better known players. Pierre Garcon I think was from a DIII school, even smalller and less recognized but they found him.

Talked to my buddy who played at W&M and follows the team closely. The guy is the real deal. He dominates games. Opposing teams have to game plan specifically around him. There are zero off the field issues. These D1AA guys get overlooked all the time. Just not enough money to scouts to follow every team/player. If he is around in the 6th or 7th, I'd have no problem taking a flier on the guy.
