Kinda like I don't go out for Corned Beef and cabbage on "Dress in green and stereotypically insult everything Irish" day. But then again, I get to be Irish the other 364 days of the year.

True story:
The night before my wedding I went out with a few friends to a Mexican place near my house at the time. Just a few of us, real quiet.

I remember there were no white kids wearing sombreros singing that "one ton tomato" song and drinking Corona. In fact, after 9:30 we were the only ones in the place.

Cinco de Mayo didn't exist yet.
