I like both, but Wade's track record is remarkable.

This is a tough one. If I was Wade, I know how Synder is, they passed on me already and my only real motivation is my son. Also I know the organization has passed on getting peices to run a 3-4 for the last 3 years.
But perhaps Wade likes the challenge and can maximize our talents.

Gus Bradley on the other hand, just wasn't ready to be a head coach. He is a beast on defense and maximized what he had on his roster. I believe he could do the same here, and a lot of fans would probably welcome a change to the 4-3. We have a ton of DLs and DBs that could be coached up. Bradley has always been spoken of highly.

I'm cool with that.

Wade, Gregg, or Bradley, and I'm a happy man.

Bradley is reportedly going to Buffalo with Anthony Lynn. There are some good options out there. Gruden screwed us 2 yrs ago with Wade. In 2015 we had a weakness alone the D LOS. Same thing in 2016. This weakness was not addressed for 2 yrs. Who ever Gruden and McCloughan pick for the DC job and through the draft which by the way has plenty of talent defensively, they better get it right this time. Get it wrong again and we the fans will, well I leave it as that.

Reports from the post are saying we arent going to rush this hire and will interview multiple prospects. Now I know its the post, so take it with a grain of salt. But lets hope that this time Gruden looks at whats best for the team and not just a hook a buddy up situation again. Lets just say Im hoping it ends up being Double G, and Bradley having ties to Gruden, SMGM and Allen bothers me a little.

I will simply remind you... two years ago many said we could not get worse than Haslett, so Im of the mindset of PLEASE oh great crystal entity, let us get a DC BETTER than Joe Barry.

Bradley seems a bit of the hook your buddies up kinda thing though. IF they base it on ability to get the best out of what we got

I would say

Double G
Wade
Bradley
Wilkes

IN that order. And i only put Bradley above Wilkes because Wilkes hasnt done the gig before.

I will say it like this.... if Bruce Allen is NOT involved in the hire at all, I would be fine with any of them. But I think Bruce played a bigger role in Barry getting hired than they will admit to.

Not really feeling Wade because i think its time we ditch the 3-4. It was a mistake to switch schemes, and we have never really gotten the players to run it.

We still dont have the players to run it, so to me Wade is a bad choice.

I would love to go back to a 43 as well. I also think Gregg would light a fire under this defense. It really is 1a and 1b for me. With Wade, I KNOW this defense will get fixed and there will be no drama. The only thing that worries me about Gregg is he has a huge doghouse and once you are in it you can't get out, no matter how talented you are.

Gregg doesn't mind playing politics for Dan either. He refused to find a "package" for Lavar because he said Lavar freelanced at times, which he did, which all players do from time to time, but what it was really about is not allowing him to get his snap count to earn his bonus that Dan didn't want to pay. It was just a complete mess.

Then to top it all off we had to sit and watch his replacement Warrick Holdman get blown up and run by on every play.

Wade just seems a little more drama free. Love Gregg though.

Bradley is a guy that I think could be here for years and won't be looking for a HC job anytime soon based on how bad he flamed out in Jax. That being said that Jax team had a good defense that over achieved.

Shanahan said he wanted to implement the 3-4 before he drafted Orakpo.
