Maybe not. I really enjoyed Drive, and one of the reasons was Albert Brooks playing a character that pretty much was the opposite of most of the work I remember him doing up to that point.

Yeah, it was a hell of a movie. It's what introduced me to the great actor known as Ryan Gosling, whose dick I would suck as a straight man if he was cast as the Joker instead of Jared Leto

Sounds about right, very good movie. Much better than the French Connection, though I think I fall into the crowd when I see newer movies and compare it and it just seems, meh.

I'm still waiting on someone to answer my last movie as well as Chefs. Fuck he even said it was Roger Corman. Granted, a hint shouldn't mean much unless you plan on searching, which I won't do. I knew it looked like an MST3K flick an he said I was right. I just can't think of a name for it.

I know people love the remake, but for me the fact it's a remake lowers my value, replacing the cartoonish villain with one of the greatest is a good move, but is washed out by the shitty love side story they tried to throw in.
