Congrats to Marvin and Mike to having a plan in place for this happening.

They wasted no time. They got a veteran OC, that has a good track record, and a young, up and coming DC that many have said should do a great job. All of that is yet to be seen, but ultimately, the Bengals handled this exactly how it should have been done. They identified who they wanted as far back as last year with Hue knowing that Gruden was likely gone, and didn't waste any time. Same with Guenther. They knew that he was going to be their guy if Zimmer left, and didn't waste any time.

The proactive appoach was EXCELLENT! And all the players are screaming Guenther including Zim and Gruden...so I think we have an up and coming young DC who will be a HC 1 day.....
