Well he's obviously not pitching well, but the reason we are only a .500 team is that some days we scrape together enough runs to get our good pitching a win, and some days we don't. We rarely give up a ton of runs and we rarely score a ton. Just the epitome of a meh team.

And some days, the pitching sucks. And we lose those games too.

Agreed, but our pitching sucks far less than average. It also sucks way less than the hitting does
That's why the hitting is the teams weak link. Weirdly it was the reverse the first 2 months. Long season.

Apparently, an average MLB game goes through 65 balls. At $15 a ball, that is almost exactly $1000.
