Jay Gruden is definitely a breath of fresh air I really like his personality and how he is going about coaching I really believe he will be our head coach for many years to come.

That's the thing I notice about Gruden. To this point you don't feel like he is being interrogated in a press conference. He has had an easy attitude. Mike always seemed like he was trying to protect state secrets.

Time will tell whether he is a good coach. Being good at the podium isn't a guarantee that he will be a good head coach but I think we will all be rooting for him.
