gruden and cousins or new coach and QB

Here is what I'm think there is no way we'draft a qb in the'first round under'gruden if we do that would be'crazy because under gruden we would have 3 differnt starting qb in gruden 3 years .rg3,cousins,rookie, if we'draft a qb with the 1 pick its because'gruden would be'gone so I ask do guys want gruden and'cousins for next year or new'coach and new'qb next year , if cousins sucks rest of the way gruden has failed 2 qbs what makes you think gruden can get like goff in the'first rd and devlope him

Well, neither Griffin or Cousins was a player that Gruden had any input into drafting. If Gruden does remain the Skins HC for next year, and I think that's a possibility, and the Skins draft a QB in the 1st round next year. He will be the first QB drafted by the Skins that Gruden will have input into drafting. I may be wrong, but I'd like to think that can make a difference, maybe a significant one, in Gruden successfully grooming a QB.

This is one of the habitual issues a team has when they have continual coaching turn-over every two or three years.

This is why I think, short of complete implosion, he will be here next year. SM has to know this. SM also knows that any coach that has any other opportunities probably won't chose to coach here, leaving us with the caliber of coaches we have seen all to often.

I also think that KC will be here, but he may be a back up. But I seriously doubt our starter will be from the draft next year, if we have another starter.
