We have been stinkin' it up in the latter part of the fourth especially down the stretch. We could have easily won this game if Kobe makes that shot and Lin scores. Just crappy play. 3-12. I'm thinking Phoenix just may not get that top five pick this year at this rate. I'm done. Later.

Swaggy didnt play much better either. Positive for our team as the rest of the guys played well. We wont win any games with those 2 shooting like they have the last 2 games.

One small consolation is that we took a boatload more threes in this game then before. If and when Kelly returns, the three ball just return as well. I like that they are taking them more via Swaggy and others. Now they have to start hitting a greater percentage of them.

Combination of tired legs and the Lakers still trying to figure stuff out. They are getting better on defense and they are doing a better job of not deferring so much for the first 3 quarters of the game. In the 4th quarter though, they go back to the "security blanket" of giving the Kobe the ball and waiting for him to do something.

Nothing wrong with deferring to Kobe for about the last 5-6 minutes of a close game, but that's it. Even at that, they need to defer, but keep moving without the ball rather than just watch Kobe. If they do that, they will get open looks for themselves so Kobe can pass to them and/or keep teams from doubling on him.
