won't matter anyways. Not like he was going to make a lateral move anyways. He's a hot HC candidate, and at the first good opportunity he sees he'll take it, regardless of this extension.

If you look at the trends teams are hiring offensive guys that are good with QBs and not defensive guys so Roman has a way better shot at a HC gig than Fangio.
