I'd say Pedro's 2000 was even more impressive than 1999.

A 0.74 WHIP is bonkers in any era, let alone the silly ball era.

The peripherals for 1999 are just amazing though. He had a 2.07 ERA with a .323 BABIP

Honestly it's splitting hairs. 99 he had higher K/9 and gave up 8 less HR than 2000. Not trying to argue Pedro with a Sawx fan just 99 came to mind and I didn't have stats in front of me.
