Gravy

Just watched an episode of Bar Rescue where they rescued a bar that made biscuits and gravy. They made a gravy for the biscuits and gravy and chicken fried steak sandwich and gravy that had sauteed onions.
It got me thinking. Does anyone have a gravy recipe that's different than just your normal white gravy?

I don't have any recipes, but I do know that in addition to white gravy, there is also brown gravy, tomato gravy & red-eye gravy.
