Not surprised.. What scares me the most is that Gradkowski may also undergo shoulder surgery. I originally thought it was only finger surgery and that Bruce would be back in 3-4 weeks. So this may be more permanent than we think.

The amount of fuss that has been made by the Steelers fans is beyond belief. At least, Pats fans don't create this much ruckus over unethical players or members in the organization .

He will be a back up QB. Someone on whom the team will rely IF Ben is hurt and will be out for 1-2 games at the most. The Steelers are not winning in the playoffs with him as a QB, and that is not their expectation either.
