Im using my phone and can't link it but it suggests that the nhl drop the salary cap. Which makes sense when you see half the nhl needs to take on massive monies just to make to the floor of the cap.

That being said if there was ever a year to get rid of rolston or white contracts now is the time...sorry just not that big on white. Rolston whatever team gets him could easily turn hom around at the deadline for a 2nd rounder

rolston is also easier to trade this year as opposed to last year because whoever gets him only has to eat that contract for one yera too, not 2 like last year.

i think that was probably a major factor last year
