But the big difference between the two jobs was Jerry got to pick his manager, with the Angels he was always going to lose out to Scoissia because he had clout. Jerry doesn’t have to worry about Servais butting his nose in.

Yes, I was thinking more about the GM'ing side of his two teams. Servais is a direct result of JD's time with MS. He was getting total control no matter what.

owners follow there teams closer prob than we follow which means...depoto and the owners are making free agent,,,decitions...together..
or at least jedi reports to stanton...what his intentions are .....prob...known..and discused..in an on going convesation....somewhat...like we do...but diff as well..
and ..jedi..prob has a team of guys helping him.......
