we are at 37 with johnson and dickerson going fa . nate , brob , krod , and several others possibly leaving . we will see how much they are keeping nolan in the plans if he holds on to a spot . gamboa is one they will add to it . last i looked he is doing good in the fall ball with his knuckle ball .

No more Reimold! The guy isn't worth another penny. He played 40 games or less for the 3rd time out of 5 years. The most games he's played in his career is 104 and when he did play last year he hit .195 avg, .596 OPS, and below average defense. Compare that to McLouth who is at least a league average LF and will cost 2M. Bring in somebody else to platoon with Nate, Reimold's career is done.

I don't hate Reimold, I just don't think he can be relied upon. Its unfortunate he's never had an opportunity to showcase his talent. That being said, Nate had sneaky good numbers last year and may make 5M but it won't be with us. That's too much with the amount of arbitration hearings we have coming up. Which sucks because we need some players like Nate. (Speed and patience at the plate) We have a definite hole in LF if we don't sign Nate.

This team needs pitching in the worst way! Every analyst you listen to speaks of how bad the O's pitching is. We need a true ACE to lead this staff. Also, an addition of talent in LF & 2B. Before you start, Schoop is not ready and McClouth and Reimold have run their course.

Kuroda was starting to decline in the 2nd half this year, I'd maybe go after Burnett, but definately bring back Feldman. Byrd could be a decent LF option depending on McLouth and NR. If Reimold is now deemed "fully healthy" then I'd like to see what he has for not alot of $$.

turns out edrod doesn't have to bee added here is the o's 20 possible rule v draft . drake , gamboa , berry ,caleb and ohlman . tough call on b bundy , britton and hobgood . Steve Melewski: O's minor league homer leader expects to play elsewhere next year (plus Rule 5 eligible players) they may risk hobgood , ohlman and berry a ball to bigs for a full season would be a big jump

Seems like all the good that McPhail did, Duquette is doing just the opposite.

I don't know much about him but it sounds like outside of his 1-5 record, he's got pretty good stats against lefties out of the pen' and still has a bit of upside. Maybe they're looking to trade Matusz?
