Gkekoa draft

We entered FA with a little over 100 million. We walk out with about 30 million left and the draft class will take up 10 mil. Keep in mind, the first year salaries will be lower typically so we would really have about 40 million left.

Looking at the differences, I am very happy with our offseason.

We went and got Ekeler at RB. While I am not a proponent of spending that money, it wasn’t too much.

I would have taken a couple low cost WR FAs, but we didn’t. No real difference there.

I definitely would not have wasted my time with Ertz but I had Fant and he ended up costing 10 mil/. I wouldn’t have done that either as I had Fant a a six mil guy.

I would have likely signed Lucas after the draft…before is no real difference. He is insurance.

I am extremely happy with the addition of Biadasz.


I would have traded Allen off and brought in Kinlaw but that is whatever.

They simply brought in cheaper DEs…I am good with that.

I love the addition of Luvu but could have done without “Father Time.” Not disappointed by it though.

No differences in our secondary.

With the #2 pick, I select Jayden Daniels.

With 36 I would have selected Patrick Paul because one of my scouts said he is the most complete tackle.
