I like Gilberry. He makes mistakes, but he's been a tremendous find for us.

That said, if I were a back-up on my third team I might keep my mouth shut and just let my play do the talking.

But yes, Shiano is clearly a joke. He'll be back as a mediocre college coach very soon.
