Last week: 6th playoff spot. This week; 5th playoff spot.
Healthwise, it can't get any worse, can it? Snell will get it together and hopefully Robbie Ray when/if he comes back after the break.Assuming health, I think they're looking good to grab one of the wild card spots. Webb is an ace and Hick is doing very well. I'm not convinced that Harrison is all that good, but he's been decent so far. Hopefully, Snell gets his ace form back soon.
Harrison is only 22. He certainly is t at Ace-level yet, but I certainly can see him reaching that level eventually.Assuming health, I think they're looking good to grab one of the wild card spots. No. Progress is progress and the 60th game is just as important in the standings as the 162ndDon't you think it is a tad early to be watching playoff standings?
This could not possibly be further from accurate. The standings after game 162 determine history. The standings after 60 are not even recorded for posterity sake. It means absolutely nothing.No. Progress is progress and the 60th game is just as important in the standings as the 162nd
I doubt any baseball fan would agree with your statement.No. Progress is progress and the 60th game is just as important in the standings as the 162nd
Nonsense. Every win counts for one win, whether its game 60 or 162.This could not possibly be further from accurate. The standings after game 162 determine history. The standings after 60 are not even recorded for posterity sake. It means absolutely nothing.
Giants fell right out of the last playoff position. Cardinals passed them
If the season ended today…Oh no! Season's over!
Playoff position on June 14 DOES NOT MATTER!
At All.
They were making progress. They got to two games over .500What progress?
