In fairness, Gruden can only put on the field what Bruce and Co. gets for him. If there's going to be a firing, this team will prove how inept it is by not firing Allen before Gruden. In fact Bruce should be dealing with human resources now, turning in his ID and signing his dismissal papers.

Great point!! Remember the thing that this team didn't do under Gruden was quit. They had a ton of injuries a year ago, but they fought to the bitter end. It is a bad sign for Gruden if he can't get some fight out of these guys for a second year.
