He's probably the most overrated QB in the history of the league. He deserves to be called extremely lucky more so than anything. a streak of some of the best defensive play and a couple helmet catches removed and this guy is a laughing stock.

You must have forgotten this is a "what have you done for me recently?" league. He last won the SB in 2012 (2011 season). Since, they have missed the playoffs. I think Eli is an average to above average QB and he is in a weird funk but fans tend to want success now. Especially after having had success recently. I think Eli is getting more than his fair share of criticisms. I was merely pointing out that the woes have existed for more than a single game.

I think Eli has had a bit more than just 1 bad week. He might be the most overrated athlete on the planet.

Still, I was kind of disappointed they guy didn't set himself on fire there. I was waiting for it the whole time.

In 2011 the Giants were dead last in the league in rushing and he carried them offensively. He's had some good and some bad years. He gets killed in NY even by Giants fans so I don't think he's over rated. There will always be homer fans that overrate their QB's.

He is coming off of his best season. Eli is still overrated when you consider a career year for him is an average to slightly below average one for a guy like Tony Romo.

We'll see how Cruz rebounds but if he can be 80% of what he was and you combine that with Beckham Jr. they have some serious big play threats. Curious to see how Cruz does now that he won't be double and triple teamed.
