Getting no hit

Is that the baseball equivalent to getting castrated? I've never been on a team that's been no hit, so I wouldn't know. Actually, I haven't ever been castrated either, so I could totally be talking out of my ass. Can anyone with some experience in either field shed some light on my question? Thanks.

That's what I thought. I've never had either happen so it was good to confirm the correlation with someone who has.
