I like the idea demers hits, he will make life miserable for the kings D, kind of like Burns crushing doughboy every chance he gets

I like having Demers in. Kennedy wasn't going to get much ice time anyway. Gives you the option of putting Demers back on D if someone gets hurt, like Hannan last game, or isn't playing well.

If the 4th line sucks, Demers can be a 3rd dman and they can play some Dave Tippet hockey.

Yep. At least when TNT went over for NBA, they would start the late game on TBS. NBC has no freakin' secondary options? (MSNBC, for one).
