Seems like we started a lot of games last year giving up 2 early goals too, lol. Hope Bryz gained some confidence from the rest of that game.

Thanks, he's had a long life he is 94 years old, the tumors are just taking their toll. He's pretty drugged up so that's good.

they should have been able to bury quite a few chances in the 3rd.In the refs defence,they have to make that call on Giroux-took him out of play.

Completely had the feel of a playoff game & it was only the first of the year. Fantastically played game to start the year by both teams.

While so very true, you gotta admit that today he was a beast. He played the Giroux goal the way he should've.

I'd like to say he wasn't tested, but he really was. A lot of flopping around and some really close calls, but hey, the good goalies get those breaks. Bryz was pretty good overall. A screened deflection and a shot off a faceoff? Not terrible.

Considering he's done nothing but practice skates for the past five months, I was pleasantly surprised by his game today. He played well.

I honestly think he has a good year. He was great in his first year as a Pen, and just horr-awful last year. I honestly think the apparition was last year.
