We really owe the Pirates for all the players we've gotten from them over the years.

Every year I say that they should never answer the phone again when Sabean calls, and every year there is another trade...

Who will we poach this year?

Chris Snyder?

I'd rather have him than Pudge that's for sure.

Too bad Ryan Doumit got hurt. We could've poached him.

Just wondering....do you think that Nolan saw Panik in the FO's eyes when we made our first draft pick?

I can't find the drum roll smiley! Old-fashioned: Ba-dump-ching!

EDIT: :drumroll:

EDIT: Nope. That's not it.

:joke: Nope. Anyone?

Sorry; we're all a bit hungover from last night's intoxication.

And by intoxication I mean extra frame walk off win followed by milking....

By the way, gotta give a shout out to the pen last night. 8 innings of shut out ball. Are you kidding me?

Seriously. Above and beyond. And Schierholtz. Wow. Of course, Freddy is Mr. Clutch, but Nate the Great isn't too far behind. Is he the everyday RF for the next two to three years? I still wouldn't be upset about trading him for the right haul, but man, he has been impressive lately.

I don't know that he excels as a starter. He's fucking invaluable off the bench though.
