Solid win tonight. Anaheim played very well and they're much faster than the Sharks. It was pretty evident. For a lot of the game the Sharks positioned themselves pretty well to help neutralize the Ducks' speed although there were some lapses. The Sharks PP is lethal, I hope they can keep it going at about 25% in the playoffs.

Somewhat of an aside, it always amazes me how much stickwork and interference the refs let the Ducks get away with. I guess I shouldn't be surprised by it anymore.

Pretty amusing watching Wahhhndy Carlyle bitching some more as he left the ice. The guy's a loser. I hope Anaheim fires him even if the coach they bring in to replace him is better. Can't stand that asshat.

A win over LA on Monday wraps up the division for the Sharks. Get it done!

Also good to see Carlyle whining a little more after the game:

Marleau still has a shot at 40 goals... it would be awesome... then we can sit here and listen to most of you bitch how bad he sucked and asking to trade him again this coming offseason and round and round we'll go with teh arguing.
