I think I'd do stuff to get in the other pitcher's head: switch hit when I'm not a switch hitter, stand at the outside edge of the batters box, stand straight up without ever loading my swing. I know they'd do it back, but it would at the very least be good for a laugh and at the most mess with their head so they can't throw me a strike.
