We got a lot of help on the strike 3 call on the 1st batter. The ump called him out on a 3-2 pitch, and didn't ask for help. I'm not sure he went around.

Winning the hardware can make you forget that "TORTURE" was more than just a funny catch-phrase last year. The team won with gritty play and painful 3-2 extra inning affairs. Last year, If we were down 4-0, we knew the game was still on, because the team had the JYD in it.

This year, we have Showtime.

This year, we have a cocky fan base.

This year, we have bling.

All-in-all, AWESOME post, AWESOME point.

Well-played, sir. Well-played, indeed. Some of my buddies just found out about the debacle last night, and they seemed genuinely broken up about it while I was laughing. It's gone from tragedy to comedy pretty quickly.

Each one of them brought me some sort of alcoholic beverage, and one friend said, "Sorry for your loss." I was like, "With all this booze, I'm worried about losing my fiance next."
