Runzler should be a lot better than he shows. Kind of reminds a bit of Mark Davis in that regard -- great stuff waiting for the control (and the head) to catch up.

Definitely, he was pretty streaky last season, in that he'd go through stretches where he couldn't find the strike zone for a few appearances, and then the next few appearances he'd come in and strike out the side (sometimes it seemed on all fastballs.)
