What a horrible power play. I mean I know the Canucks PK is good, but the Sharks are effing things up without any pressure from Vancouver.

Niemi was big there to end the period. Almost negated the strong start the Sharks had to the 2nd. Gotta shoot the puck more and quit with all these boneheaded turnovers.

Yup, Vancouver is SCARY fast. The sad thing is they still aren't playing with a full deck of cards. Only thing that could keep them from representing the West is Louie having a meltdown or a severe injury. Otherwise, they're legit.

For reals. Sharks need to know exactly where to go with the puck on the breakouts or the forecheck is on them and it's turnover time. Sharks dmen don't have the confidence in waiting for screens to develop before shooting, again due to the VAN forward speed. Other than that, they've been getting their fair share of offensive possession time.
