Should be a tough game, but if the Sharks play like they did against the Wings then Islanders will have no chance.

Kick Some Ass Sharks.

I was hoping Nabby would be in net. Too bad.

LET'S GO SHARKS!!!

So was likewall and he probably thought it wouldve been good to see Cheech and Nolan as well.

Im a little surprised Diepitro is going and not Montoya, which is probably better for the sharks

Which idiot Sharks player came sliding down the ice into Burns/Greiss at the last moment on that Islanders goal there? :L

Burns pretty much fucked Griess on that goal not shocking or anything. That being said Griess did sweep the puck under himself after making a big save, Griess showed up today as usual.

Im pretty sure this means Knitting Monkey is done as a Shark, Griess wont pass through waivers.

Burns not covering a guy again. I'm starting to really hate that guy.

Yeah, this is pretty unwatchable boring shit. And now they're down 2-1.

And I need a nap so I'm turning it off.

Good luck Sharks and have a good night all.

The Sharks finally get a little pressure and Cooch buries it. Nice.

Burns played that exactly how he was supposed to. He cleared the guy standing in front going for a rebound. It's up to the forwards to collapse down in that situation. Greiss sweeping the puck all the way under his body is a bit of a fluke. Can't really blame anyone on that play. Burns play overall this game has been extremely good.

extremely good? or extremely improved, i think i would go with improved, but not by leaps and bounds. He's appeared to calm down considerably in his own zone

Vlasic's defensive game is reaching a new level, he is really reading plays well and just shutting down outlet passes and picking off passes with ease

If Burns had played extremely well the 2nd goal would never have been scored. I'm sick of watching the guy miss coverages and be an idiot game in and game out. I wish the Sharks had never traded for him.

Sharks really didn't deserve a point in this game but whatever. I will say that the back to back games suck, especially when Detroit is one of the games, but still the Sharks were worse than expected. That PP at the end that could have won it stunk. Here's hoping they can steal a second point in the shootout.
