Hate to pull out the "he never played the game card" but Flem doesn't realize how hard it is to make the jump to the major leagues - you've got to give Chez3 a year or more before you start insisting that he needs to be more complete. Why not praise him for not failing, instead. Flem tries too hard to appear like a national broadcaster, while also playing to the saber crowd.
