Thornton.....the net is 4' x 6', not 1' x 6'. Learn to lift the puck.....or if that's not possible, get another curve on your stick.

Have a good night Rules, lol. I think we're the only ones here. Fucking Sharks.

You said it though, they didn't play that bad, but Smith and the Phoenix Interferers played better and the Yotes won all of the board battles and faceoffs.

I was here too but didn't have anything nice to say/add so I thought I'd STFU...

Sharks got outworked across the board and looked completely lost out there for most of the game, I thought.

The better team definitely won tonight.

just a bit lethargic as tmac said. They had several prime chances, just couldnt quite finish. It wasnt that they were dominated or horrible, just phoenix was textbook NJ circa 1995 style perfectly. Its how less talented teams win and they executed perfectly...

Tippett is a really excellent coach.

Well, that was an embarrassing loss, but let's hope this will serve as an inspiration to dominate Vs. Detroit. They'll have a bit of a break to regroup at least.

Missed all of this one, looks like a good game to miss lol. Judging by the posts here it sounds like they didn't play that well. Imagine how good the Sharks would be if they just had some damn consistency. If they played this game like they did in the game against Minnesota I have a really hard time believing they wouldn't have come away with a win. And that game was just two days ago. People have called this team jekyll and hyde before. Looks like the description still fits.

That was a boring game to be at. Geez I almost fell asleep a few times. The Sharks really need to work on their face offs. Atleast the Sharks didn't give up a PP goal.

Yotes still suck.

drew and randy said it best. sharks just seem to let any goalie become a super star. hiller being the ultimate nightmare but when you see that guy play against anyone else he's human.... this team still just hasn't reached that determination level. I think if I failed to reach the stanley cup finals this many years in a row not only would I be checking folks every shift, I'd be giving out decapitations

We rarely put any guys in front of the net. I think the last HC who did it on a regular basic is Sutter....Sutter did with Ricci. We need someone like Ricci on this team.
