Gary Kubiak Appreciation Thread

Definitely teared up during the press conference. I'm really hoping we stop having these once a year with some player or coach we love retiring. You could hear in his voice just the love that he has for this organization and the game of football. Still I think we could all see that this year just wasn't quite the same for Kubiak.

I'm glad he has made this decision now before something more drastic happened to him. And I do hope at some point that he can be connected with the Broncos once again in maybe some type of administrative position. Still he has done plenty and deserves some time off just to go enjoy life with his family.
