Brady has nothing to worry about just yet. I liked what I saw but he definitely needs some seasoning. Already head and shoulders above Mallet.

I remain fully impressed. When the pocket didn't collapse, and the receiver ran the correct route, Jimmy did his part. He missed a couple like Brady and Manning do every game but was spot on most of the night. He also didn't take to running around like a college kid. Played the entire game and it wasn't with the first string.

I give him a solid A.

From what I read definitely a good outing for his first start. It's early but future at the QB position finally looks good. B'bye Mallet!! BOOM!!

Also, it was 10 to 10 and Jimmy had tried three attempts. Why did they kick three? Should have given Jimmy one more shot and if it failed 1) Giants are in their own end zone and 2) it's fucking pre-season.

I noticed in the recap Brady got in on one play, as a holder on a PAT. Gotta love how BB prepares for every situation. I have Verizon and even though I have a premium package it doesn't include NFL Network. To get that I'd have to bump up to the exclusive and I'm not paying that much. Ridiculous!!

I wonder if that was to help get Brady's head back into the game rather than thinking about the loss of Mankins.

So far he looks like a solid back-up to Brady and I am eating my words and thoughts about him being selected in the first place.

He certainly looks more comfortable in the pocket and with the offense compared to Mallet.
