If karma was a thing, the Bengals would advance to the super bowl and finally win it because they got hosed in the playoff seeding.

But as a Chiefs fan I'm fully aware the football gods don't give two fucks about karma.

Meh, karma is beating a team with Eli Apple on it so severely he permanently deactivates his career in embarrassment.

As I've been listening to the nonstop radio talk about the Niners here in SF, I've decided the Niners are in fairly big trouble Sunday. Anything can happen but I think it's unlikely the Eagles lose. Only chance SF has is establishing the run early (which they could not do against Dallas) and owning the time of possession.

Dallas run D is superior to eagles though.

They didn’t play well. You think their D is average or what? Nobody with a brain thinks the Niners D Ian the best or one of the best in the NFL

If we’re being fair, it makes it less likely that the Niners success will ever lead to them closing the deal on a Super Bowl. Their system has essentially devalued the QB position and made it into a plug and play game manager situation. Maybe I’m wrong in the end and Shanahan will close the deal one of these days. But I don’t think so. The last Super Bowl champion that I can recall that hid their QB was the Trent Dilfer Ravens. That was an anomaly at the time it happened and it seems even more unlikely going forward.

I'd disagree. This was a team built on the predicate of Lance being a star and that has been a complete flop to this point, fair or not. They traded a huge ransom for him and have gotten effectively nothing.

I think both games will be up in the air. This is one of those years where all 4 teams are where they are supposed to be. No surprise team in the championship.

Oh sure it's not like they don't have a good shot, just my hunch. Maybe 65/35 Eagles?
