We talk about the social commentary this show seems to have. Empowerment of women, social justice, etc.

But maybe the NK doesn’t have a motive? Maybe he is just doing what the CotF created him for?

It doesn’t have to be more idealistic than that....it’s a fantasy show with dragons for Gods sakes.

I'm definitely in the camp that there was a lot of unnecessary crap in this last episode. I get the slow first episode, but man it felt like they waste a lot of time this week.

Also, LOL at Lyanna Mormont joining in the fight. I'm sure she'll single handedly take down a bunch of bad guys next week instead of getting murdered immediately.

She step out on the battlefield ahead of her troops and yells charge, just as the giant steps on her.

Favorite still alive would probably be Jamie.

Favorite overall was Oberyn even though he only lasted one season.

I am just loving the ride. Only part I really was pissed at was The Hound and Arya. I thought too short.

Personally I am very upset with HBO with shaping Dany to become the crazy evil queen. As one of the more attractive major female characters on the show she can only do good.

She is the daughter of the Mad King. And he only made the bloodline more crazy by breeding with his full sister.

Actually as I ponder on it GOT could actually have a similar ending somewhat.

If the WW are actually "good" in the sense they maintain a balance in the world.of sorts and that they are so powerful they can't be stopped and the whole show is really just part of an endless cycle

My guess is that Sansa makes the counter to the double cross and is one step ahead.
