Yes. If you binge a couple of episodes a day, you should finish just in time for the final season.

Also, one of the things that can be helpful since you've never read the books is to check out some the episode summaries on the Game of Thrones wikia after you watch the episode. They do a good job of explaining character' allegiances, where things are located, etc to fill in some details

How do you feel about gratuitous nudity and violence? If that doesn't bother you the storytelling and cinematography are beyond anything you've seen on television. If stuff like that is a problem you won't be able to see beyond it
