I think it's a confidence thing with him. His skills dont disappear and reappear throughout the year. I think he is a very thin skinned, weakhearted guy so when he hits a rough patch he start pulling up, avoiding the net, etc.

if the sharks want to win more than a game or two in the PO's, they are gunna need a highly effective marleau to do it. On a team this thin, they need every goal they can get.

He's not shooting at all, which is rare because he always fires off the wrister. Biggest give away theres a problem, he is shying away from all contact.
