Randy said during a telecast that Moore can be traded to any team, right now, in the NHL and have an ex-teammate. Moore gets around, but that's a crazy fact. He knew Burns from the Wild.
In about 3 months, he'll have another team to put on his resume.
VP, As for moore's "fair shake", I get that logic. It's true that anyone stuck on a line with mitchell and zues is likely going to struggle. That said, Moore has been responsible for a whole bunch of the goals against with his own personal bad plays. It's not that mitchell or zues has flubbed all of his nice plays (though they have some).
I'm not sure what a fair shake for moore woulld be, as well. playing with jumbo? cooch? He's not that kind of player, so he's not going to get that chance. Given that, he may never get "a far shake", but I think in his 3rd line role, he should at least be even rather than so incredibly minus. If he has 0G, 3A, and +1, I would be just fine with the guy. Sad that he's not producing more, but at least he wouldnt be hurting the team.
Yeah I don't expect him to be on a line with the big boys either, that's not what Moore's intended role was supposed to be. But perhaps when Galiardi comes back, they can get something going.
Moore came to a new team, got injured, and is now on what i consider a spare parts line with Mitchell and Zeus (three centers). He's set up his previous linemates for some quality chances here and there but his linemates are not finishers so its all for naught. I don't want to sound like a Moore apologist, but he does need to get that fair shake imo. Bottom line, Moore needs to stop collecting minus ratings like it's a hobby.
Moore sux. period. why are we still talking about this guy?
you don't get traded that many times if you are a great player...there is something defective about him. anyways i don't think anyone is defending him but we can just stop abusing him, he sucks, anything we get from him is worth it, he will be gone after this season hopefully.
Or...or he's so fricken great that many teams want him.
Or...or he's so fricken great that many teams want him.
i'm not saying he is the worst player ever but let's face it, he wears out his welcome quick, that much is obvious if his teams are so ready to unload him...you have to look at it from both sides...not just the teams that want him for his potential.
Bolded for truth.
I was kidding with the "fricken great" phrase. I can't believe that you believed that I believe he's great.
Moore had a good run last year in the playoffs but he had some offensive skill on his wings to finish what he created (Bergenhiem, Downie). His wingers this season with the Sharks have been Winnik, Mitchell, and Handzus. He's not good enough to carry his own line, so he's going to need help in order to succeed.
Riiiiiight. Look at it from both sides...good tip Naes.
^ slow day fluffing the boys on the gay pr0n set?
try some prozac maybe??
