I dont think Riley Coopers future was too bright before that incident.

He was set to take Jeremy Maclin's spot as the Eagles no.2 WR. He's played well when givin' the opportunity.

Talk about fail. There are no black people at Kenny Chesney concerts.

Riley Cooper statement on his inappropriate language:

“I am so ashamed and disgusted with myself. I want to apologize. I have been offensive. I have apologized to my coach, to Jeffrey Lurie, to Howie Roseman and to my teammates. I owe an apology to the fans and to this community. I am so ashamed, but there are no excuses. What I did was wrong and I will accept the consequences.”

Hmm maybe there was no need for this apology if you didnt say it in the first place. I dont think people are going to take his apology as serious as others would. Racism seems harder to let go than most other peoples problems in the NFL.

From what I just read I believe that the apology was just issued yet the concert took place on June 9. That is quite a long period of time. Is he really that sorry?

Wonder if his cooking show will now get canceled? Lose all his sponsors?

Pretty brave thing to say at a Kenny Chesney concert. That's like saying you'll fight every midget in a slam dunk contest.

Quentin Tarantino will cast him in his next movie, have him say it 100 more times and win another Oscar.

He's just sorry that it was caught on video and leaked to the media.

It would be funny to see him come out to the practice field and see 3/4 of the team standing there with a fence in front of them.

"How bout you jump this fence and fight us!!"

Yep - sort of reminds you of that one Diehard movie where Bruce Willis was holding the sign that had a somewhat similar (albeit worse) message.

White Men Can't Jump....

Oh wait a minute, that is not only perfectly acceptable to say, but it is celebrated....

Oh never mind.

It was an obvious joke. He should not have said it, but I always love it when pathetic race baiting hypocrites on ESPN make that mountain out of that mole hill......

Like Hal Chapman Wingo III.....being all "down with the cause."

Anyway......

White people cannot jump and Italians like pasta.
