SNL was solid with Carvey and Hartman. I liked their "debates" between Clinton, Bush and Perot.

But I don't watch the show any more so I can't say what it's like today.

I don't watch any of the current "comedies" on TV. And much preferred Larry Sanders to Seinfeld.

Never really liked that character, never really like Wayne's world either, but when Hartman was playing The Chairman of the Board it was funny stuff.

And I guess I like Ballers too.

While some of their shows began more than 20 years ago, all of these character's shows were still on the air within the last 20 years except for Kramer, who's show ended 22 years ago. Plus I specifically said "20-some" years. I wasn't trying to get super specific. Or are you referring to the characters that people are mentioning in the comments?
