I went with Michael Scott. Kramer wasn't even the funniest character on Seinfeld. That would be George, who I would have voted for had he been an option.

I've never laughed harder than I did at A. Bunker of 704 Hauser St, Queens, NY.

His character was a racist prick who never won a thing.

Yeah me either Hank, have no clue who they are or what shows, comedy today is so watered down. Like SNL was funny back in 70's with Belushi, Akroyd, Chase, Martin, Radner, Curtin and since 2000's haven't had a good cast

SNL was solid with Carvey and Hartman. I liked their "debates" between Clinton, Bush and Perot.

But I don't watch the show any more so I can't say what it's like today.

I don't watch any of the current "comedies" on TV. And much preferred Larry Sanders to Seinfeld.
