Closed out series on the road in consecutive years!

He was on the floor in crunch time both times, especially today.

To the people that say he gets played off the floor, he just blocked your shot.

:dhd:

24 rebounds, 27 points on 12-15 FG, 2 blocks.

I don't know why the Lakers did not try Alex "Lensanity" Len.

As long as every round our opponents' only option at the center is a 6'8" guy that can't score past 2 feet. Gobert will be pure gold! Unfortunately, Green/Sengun, and then if we make it past that, Holmgren is a little bit different, and the exact matchups that make everyone else on the planet right about Gobert.

I am pumped he had an awesome game yesterday, absolutely critical in round 1 for sure.

The Lakers did have another option. Alex Len. They didn't use him.

If Minnesota plays Golden State, would love for Gobert to get the series win over Draymond Green, especially since Draymond Green says Gobert sucks.

I also would like the Wolves to win the next series, no matter who it is. The fact that the best name you can pull up for the Lakers is Alex Len does not support your side. You got me on taller than 6'8", so let's say taller than 6'8" and can play basketball.

Well all I suggested that they try Alex Len. If he didn't work out, then fine. But at least give him a chance. A 4 - 6 minute stint.

He had some decent games for the Kings 2 and 3 years ago.

This Portland game, for example:

And yes he did play during normal time, not garbage time.

That was the game where the Kings officially ended 16 year playoffs drought and clinched a playoffs berth.

His PER was also higher while on the Kings, indicating that he could be sometimes useful in the right situation. He's not an every game player, but a player that is useful when going against teams with a lot of center depth.

In addition to the potential opponents mentioned above, I think Hartenstein will be tough. And I don't see much hope against Jokic, although I know Minnesota swept Denver this year. There have been series in the past where the team that got swept in the regular season, won in the playoffs. Sometimes even swept the other team in the playoffs.
