I'm not even mad, just hate them and anything associated with LA.
It is a bad year for San Diego already, first Sea World says it probably won't exhibit Orca's anymore then the Chargers are moving. Unless you're a slutty girl trying to get knocked up by a military dude, what really is there for tourism anymore?
Not sure how they "miscalculated how the logo would be received"... Looks like a blatant ripoff of the Dodgers logo
Essentially yes, but not as obviousAnd this wasn't?
I thought you were a YOTE fan?1) They release a horrific logo, then a day later alter it because of what the internet said. Pussies.
2) They are now located in the worst city on planet earth, Los Angeles.
3) FUCK LA.
Joining the Rams, Lakers, Dodgers, Clippers, Angels (who cares about hockey or soccer) as teams I hope get their stadiums set on fire.
That's why I just put it in my avatar. It can't be said enough.
Also Fuck Dean Spanos, I don't think that's been said enough.
They should run a special for tramp stamp removal. There's way too much of that going around.
That's probably what keeps them in business.They should run a special for tramp stamp removal. There's way too much of that going around.
We still have the Ringling Bros Circus, don't we?It is a bad year for San Diego already, first Sea World says it probably won't exhibit Orca's anymore then the Chargers are moving. Unless you're a slutty girl trying to get knocked up by a military dude, what really is there for tourism anymore?
Exactly. He left $375-$450 million in public money and a great plan to rebuild at the Qualcomm site. The city and their advisory group had a great plan, and he shit on it because he wanted something to rival Kroenke and was jealous that the Padres got to be downtown. The city even got San Diego legend Dick Enberg to pitch it:After reading thru the tea leaves a little bit...it really seems like Spanos left some opportunities on the table in SD because he wanted a downtown SD location...in either case I don't get the hate on LA over this...they didn't ask for the Chargers.
The handful of times I visited the Inland Empire...I may have spent 3 or 4 hours in LA proper...I've always enjoyed it, but would never want to live out there...just too much of everything I don't care for...sprawl, people, traffic, cost of living, etc.
Unlike the Chargers they have one of the best stadiums in the league, so they're anchored here for a while.Clippers = in LA
Chargers = LA
When are the Padres moving north.
