I agree that Kipper would be the best to go. You won't get ALL that much for him, but you need a guy like Iginla around to show the young guys what it means to be an NHLer.

Bourque could bring a nice young player back, as could Glencross.

It's tough watching the Flames these days. Even Jarome looks disinterested 3/4 of the time.

It's also time to send another Sutter to pasture, Kenny...If you have to, let Hartsburg coach the team at least until the end of this season.

Agreed with the new coach thing Dash! NO Hartsburg though!!

With guys likes like Bartschi coming up you want a coach who encourages their skating and puck-handling skills, not a guy whose coaching at the NHL level consists of telling guys to always shoo it up the boards.

Aside from the young guys, I'd keep Kipper, Gio, and Iggy. However, in order to kickstart a re-tooling, one of Kipper or Iggy probably need to go. Of the two, I'd rather try to see what you could get for Kipper, but realizing that you'd probably get the greatest return for Iggy.

It's time for Iginla to go somewhere else. At times he just looks so frustrated and badly needs a change of scenery.

I think Mike Ramsay would be a solid choice. He took a floundering Atlanta team & had them in the playoff chase. He's an assistant coach for the Florida Panthers this season.
