So we do have cap space but whats interesting is the article (not WASH FO) suggest we let the real talent and high end cost FA sign elsewhere and wait out FA to obtain quantity of quality to fill holes or balance the roster. That's not being competitive, that's remaining status quo in hopes that improved QB play elevates the win total. Terrible business imo. The draft should not be used to actually fill holes, that's what FA is for allowing the team to actually draft BPA to build the roster.

right now we have 12 mil , not much and a portion of that goes to draft picks . so no we dont have cap space at this moment

You would have to have a vision of what type of team you want and how to get there

They absolutely must have a real dedicated GM on board to get a vision from, or offer a vision to the owner and have full authority to Carry out a plan to to realize that vision over a long period of time.
The structure must be akin to that of Beathard and Gibbs, just better suited for today's game and that version of it going forward.
To this day I don't understand why the consultant of record has been Gibbs who coached and not Beathard who built the team. Getting coaches, they've done. Great architects, not at all.
